Returns/Refunds and holding personal details

I hope no one ever needs to use this page but its good to have it here just in case.

If you are ever unhappy with your purchase I ask you to please contact me first and I will try my best to resolve the issue.

*Please note* Postage is non refundable. If you just don’t like the scents then I am afraid I wouldn’t be able to offer a refund.

If you are unhappy with any product you receive (apart from scents) a refund can be issued. The items would need to be returned back to me as you have received them. Postage for sending these back would also not be refunded. Once items have been received and the investigation is completed the refund will then be issued. Refunds would be paid back with how payment was original made. Please allow up to 30 days for any investigation.

Holding your personal details

All of your personal details are held securely via the website. These are held via log ins by my self. The website for personal details are password protected. If you are unhappy for your personal details to be held, please let me know and these can be removed.
